Qualora una prestazione non sia in copertura perchè non prevista dal piano sanitario o per esaurimento del massimale o perchè inferiore ai limiti contrattuali e rimanga a totale carico dell’Assicurato, è possibile richiedere comunque alla Centrale Operativa la prenotazione della prestazione e l’invio alla struttura, prescelta tra quelle facenti parte della Rete, di un fax che consentirà di ottenere l’applicazione di tariffe riservate agli assicurati UniSalute con un conseguente risparmio rispetto al tariffario normalmente previsto.
